Dingle and Killarney

The day we went to the Cliffs of Moher was a Sunday. The rest of the day we spent traveling to Killarney, which is in southern Ireland. Along the way we stopped for dinner in Dingle. If you have ever seen Leap Year it is the town Amy Adams gets stuck in and meets Declan in. Honestly, if I got stuck in Dingle for a few days I wouldn't mind. It is such an adorable little town and sits right on the water. We had traditional Irish food at the local pub, looked around in a few shops, and then had a mini Sunday service out on the pier before driving the rest of the way to Killarney.

I saw lots and lots of rainbows in Ireland! No pots of gold unfortunately...

How I didn't take any pictures of The Killarney International Youth Hostel, I have no idea because it was pretty cool! It is an old mansion that has now been converted into a hostel. All the rooms are painted bright colors and ours was bright coral. My room was the top right room that looks like a hexagon.

The only downfall to this hostel were the showers. They should have just called them communal showers. Those barriers are totally see-through! I had gotten to be really good friends with most of the girls in the program, but not THAT good of friends. So awkward. We all just shut our eyes and took the fastest showers we had ever taken in our lives.
